It is part of a large ranch field of more than 1,200 hectares, located in front of the Oceanía del Polonio resort. Near La Pedrera and Cabo Polonio. A little over a thousand meters from the sea, with extensive and unique white beaches, in a place where flora and fauna are the main characters.

In its first stage, Chacras de Oceanía offers 10 farms from 5 to 8 hectares, designed respecting the topography, environment, and solar orientation. The second stage will add smaller farms from 5,000 m² to 1 ha. A unique environment that is enjoyed both during the day by the sea and at night under an impressive starry sky.
